All the guest house rooms come with a private bathroom. First is a bedroom with a double bed and a en-suite bathroom, second a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, and the third one a room with a single bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are two additional spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. One sleeps 4 the other 5 people. In the hallway there is an additional guest toilet.

At the back of the house there is an auxiliary building with a heating and laundry room and a kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor and a living room on the first floor.

The garden offers a pleasant stay for relaxing and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the river Koritnica in the background.
