Upper Carniola, Bled

Bled - completely renovated family house next to the main road leading to Lake Bled.

The house is situated just 3 kilometers away from the highway (Jesenice - Ljubljana), what is more, there is only 1,5 kilometers to the lake. Although the house lies next to a busy road, it doesnt feel like it, as the municipality had in recent years bulit a soundproof wall which ensures a quiet and traquil living. Furthermore the wall has doors which open remotely (electricity).

The house was built in the year 1912 and was completely renovated in the year 2006; roof, windows, facade, interier, floorings...

It consists of:

• ground floor: anteroom, hallway, toilet, staircase, kitchen, living room (with exit on the garden) - all together around 38,50 m2
• attic: hallway, bedroom, room with an exit on the terrace (10,00 m2), bathroom with a toilet - all together aroudn 42,90 m2

All together there is around 82,40 m2 of surface in the house, of which 75,90 m2 is useful. The rooms are cozy and bright, moreover the house although small, does not feel crowded, and is as such perfect for a small family. 

The land measures 819,00 m2 and is used as a patio and a beautiful garden with trees and shrubs. Part of the land behind the house is on an incline, but could with building some sort of wall enlarge the flat area around the house.
