INFORMATIONAL ADVERTISEMENT – ANNOUNCEMENT OF A NEW PROJECT

A modern residential project is currently being developed in Koper, which will consist of two apartment buildings (two towers) featuring a thoughtfully designed architecture and functional floor plans.

The indicative value of the residential unit, in accordance with the current project design and parameters, is €295,000.

The building will be located near the old town center in the very heart of Koper.
