We are selling a detached building with a total size of 1062.10 m2 in the business zone of Studenci with an attached plot of land measuring 1043 m2.

Access is regulated by utility routes.

The property was built in 1959, the roof (corrugated roof) and facade were renovated in 1991. Connections are arranged: water, electricity, sewerage, telecommunications. The heating is distributed by radiators, there is no energy source. A heat pump was planned, but it was not implemented.
