In the immediate vicinity of Prešeren Square, we are renting a furnished apartment.

The apartment consists of an extremely spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a pantry, a bathroom, a separate toilet, utilities and a luxurious terrace measuring 125m2.

Upon concluding the lease, the tenant pays the rent for the first month of the lease, two months' security deposit and the costs of drawing up the contract in the amount of 1650 Eur plus 22% VAT. The cost of drawing up the contract includes drawing up the lease agreement, drawing up the handover report, taking photos of the condition upon handover and storing the photographic material.
