For a renewable period of one year we rent 3-bedroom apartment with terrace, lawn, and two parking spaces in the garage. The apartment is located in Marina Portorož in a complex of 2-story multi-apartment buildings, built in 2008.
The apartment with a gross size of 115.5 m2 comprises a hallway, bedroom on the south side, children's room on the east side, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a small bathtub and an open living room with kitchen and dining area, from which there is an exit on a partially covered terrace of 46.2 m2 and a green area of 150 m2. The apartment is in excellent condition, fully equipped, and has all connections, air conditioning, and electric heating (IR panels). It has 2 parking spaces in the garage.
The entire marina is fenced, and access to the marina is only possible for boat owners or for owners/tenants of real estate in the marina. In the marina there are 2 restaurants, a swimming pool, and a small shop, it has its own beach. All other infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity.

As a condition for signing the rental agreement, the lessee has to pay to the real estate agency the following costs: drafting of the rental agreement, preparation of hand over minutes (at the take over of the real estate), execution of the handover, informing the building manager and suppliers of services regarding the signing of the rental agreement, advising during the duration of the lease agreement, the preparation of the hand over minutes (at the termination of the rental agreement), execution of the handover at the termination of the rental agreement, storage of photo material in the agency’s archive in conjunction with agency’s price list which means that lessee pays od the advertised rent 1200 eur plus 22% VAT
