We are renting to a careful individual or couple.

Pets are not allowed.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:

-  Minimum rental period of 12 months,

-  Security deposit amount: 1500 EUR,

-  The tenant shall bear part of the additional services costs, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, for the advertised rent and rental period, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1150 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1403 EUR

VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
