The external walls are lined with 20 cm of thermal insulation and the houses are separated from each other by 10 cm of sound insulation.
  • The windows are PVC, with triple glazing. Electrically operated external blinds are installed.
  • There is a choice of finishing flooring. Several patterns of 3-layer oak parquet and ceramic tiles are available.
  • There is a quality wooden front door, with a 3-point locking system. The internal doors are wooden. Sliding glass doors can be fitted between the entrance hall and the living area. 
  • Bathrooms and toilets are equipped with sanitary fittings (toilet bowl, washbasin, bidet, washbasin and shower fittings) and keys for concealed cisterns.
  • Internal stairs with wooden oak staircase panelling and handrail.
