LANDLORD'S CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING THE DEAL: The landlord's condition for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant covers part of the costs of preparing the documentation for drafting the lease agreement, drafting the lease agreement, drafting the handover report and carrying out the handover of the property, cooperation in transferring subscriptions and/or notifying the building manager and suppliers about the concluded tenancy, preparation and storage of documents and photographic material, and legal advice in concluding the tenancy (+ VAT). 

For brokerage agreements in real estate transactions concluded between business entities/legal persons - in the event of concluding a lease agreement, the tenant shall pay the agency fee in the amount of one month's rent + VAT.
