We are mediating the sale of a detached residential house, suitable both for weekend use and permanent living, located in a quiet and sparsely populated part of the settlement Dolina pri Lendavi, in the far northeastern part of Slovenia.
The building was constructed in 2016 as a replacement construction on the existing basement foundations from 1967. The new owners partially rebuilt and partially renovated the house, placing special emphasis on natural materials and harmony with the surrounding environment.
Basic property information (according to GURS):
Property description:
The basement is made of concrete and provides garage space and extensive storage. The upper part of the building is a wooden frame construction; the façade is finished with demit plaster, while the interior is lined with solid wood panels (spruce, fir), giving the space a pleasant aroma, warmth, and a homely feel.
Jelovica wooden windows are installed, and the interior doors are made of solid wood. The architectural design allows plenty of natural light and emphasizes a connection with nature.
The living area is accessed via external stairs. A terrace is planned in front of the entrance but has not yet been completed.
The living and sleeping area is fully furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and a wood-burning stove that heats the entire space. For transitional seasons, the installation of an air-conditioning unit is recommended.
The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a toilet, shower cabin, and washing machine. From the living area, there is access to a wooden deck suitable for an additional sleeping area or a children’s play corner.
Exterior and land:
Behind the house lies a larger, slightly elevated plot featuring an older vineyard with table grape varieties and fruit trees (persimmon, kiwi, peaches). The property is an excellent choice for those seeking self-sufficiency and life in nature.
