The joinery is made of solid Siberian larch with non-reflective glass. The entrance doors are composite with a solid wooden core, soundproofed, and equipped with an electric guide. Shading is arranged with ZIP blinds on an electric motor with screen fabric, and the interior lighting was designed in collaboration with Arcadia Lightwear.
Heating and hot water preparation are provided by an individual air/water heat pump, each apartment has its own unit, and the heating throughout the apartment is underfloor. Cooling is implemented with a split air conditioning system. Ventilation is natural, with forced ventilation additionally installed in bathrooms, storage rooms, and auxiliary spaces. Each apartment has its own independent water connection with a water meter installed in front of the entrance.
Access to the building is arranged. On the western side of the plot, outdoor parking spaces are paved with exposed concrete, with two parking spaces planned per apartment, and preparation with all conduits for a private electric vehicle charging station has also been completed.
The land registry status is arranged, the property is free of encumbrances, and building and occupancy permits have been obtained.
