We represent a client in the leasing of commercial premises at Dunajska cesta 177 in Ljubljana. The premises have a total area of 251.60 m2 and are in fact divided into a ground-floor section with a mezzanine measuring 195 m2 and two spaces in the basement with a total area of 56.60 m2.
The monthly rent for the commercial premises is 2.240,00 EUR net . The premises are rented unfurnished.
There is an option to rent three parking spaces in the underground garage.
The tenant shall cover all individual and common costs, as well as the payment of the compensation for the use of building land.
The premises are intended for carrying out various activities.
The building previously housed a beauty salon; the equipment will be removed from the premises and is the property of the former tenant.
The owner’s condition is that the tenant covers part of the brokerage costs, namely in the amount of one month’s rent plus 22% VAT.
