INFORMATIONAL ADVERTISEMENT – ANNOUNCEMENT OF A NEW PROJECT

A modern residential project is currently in development in Koper, which will consist of two apartment buildings (two towers) featuring a thoughtfully designed architecture and functional floor plans.

The studio apartment designated B2NB will be located on the 2nd floor of Building B and will include:

- terrace 4.59 m²

- storage room 3 m²

The indicative value of the residential unit, in accordance with the current project design and parameters, is €218,000.

The building will be located near the old town center in the very heart of Koper.
