Bled, Alpski bloki - two-room apartment with a beautiful view of Bled Castle and the Julian Alps. 

Under the name "Alpski bloki" we refer to a residential complex of apartment blocks that were built differently from most other blocks in Slovenia, with a pronounced sloping roof that extends almost to the ground and represents the outline of the alpine landscape in which we live. This exceptionally quiet and well-kept neighborhood is very popular both for permanent residence and for holiday stays.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a multi-apartment building and, due to its position, has an exceptionally beautiful view to the west from all rooms, across green meadows to Bled Castle and the Alpine mountain range with Triglav in the background.   

It comprises a hallway, living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom (with access to the balcony), bathroom, and a storage room in the basement level

The total area is 54.50 m2, of which 49.40 m2 is usable area, while the rest consists of the balcony (2.10 m2) and the storage room in the basement (3.00 m2).

The building was built in 1975, and in 2021 a new roof was installed on the building. As in all other Alpski bloki, this building does not have an elevator. On the floor above the apartment there is a shared laundry drying room. 

The apartment was renovated to its current condition in 2007.   

Parking is possible in the parking areas in front of the building (common areas of the blocks). As part of the new arrangement, the unit owners of Alpski bloki will install barriers that will prevent parking by those who do not live there. Each apartment will receive 2 remote controls and five phone numbers that will open the barrier. 

The lake is a 10-minute walk away, and right by the blocks there are field paths that lead across the fields to the settlements of Ribno, Bodešče and Koritno and further to the Sava River, or to Straža Hill, further to Selo and Mlino, or to the lake, offering an excellent opportunity for walking and cycling.

The seller conditions the sale on the buyer reimbursing part of the costs incurred in the sale of the property.
