We are renting a cozy studio apartment in a quiet area, close to the Šiška Cinema and the city center, 400m from the bus station and a 5-minute walk to nature (Šišenski hrib and Mostec). Located in a house with a garden in a quiet location on a street without traffic.

A bright, open apartment of 75 m² with high ceilings and French balconies which gives the space a special character.

The apartment is ideal for one person, especially for someone who works from home and wants a comfortable and open living space. The kitchen, sleeping area and living area with a sofa and working desk a re combined in one large room. There is a separate bathroom with a shower.

In addition to furniture, the apartment is equipped with: stove, oven, hood, refrigerator and washing machine. Internet connection is available through ethernet cabel (no wi-fi!).

Long-term rental and available immediately.

The tenant pays a rent of 750 EUR and fixed monthly costs (including everything except TV and internet). The lease agreement is concluded in a notarial deed.

Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the tenant pays:

• to the landlord the first rent of 750 EUR and a security deposit of 1,200 EUR
• to the broker the costs of preparing the lease documentation, preparing and carrying out the handover and storing the photographic material in the amount of one month's rent, increased by VAT (amounting to 915 EUR).
