In Rožna dolina, we are renting out a pleasant and modernly furnished apartment with a modern bathroom, available for immediate move-in. The apartment is equipped with quality furniture and air conditioning, ensuring comfortable living. An additional advantage is that the building has a manager/caretaker who takes care of the orderliness and smooth operation of all services. Parking is possible in front of the building, and the tenant is entitled to 1 parking space.

Upon signing the lease agreement, the tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services of the real estate company, namely the preparation and signing of the lease agreement, the handover of the apartment with a handover report, and the preparation and storage of photographic material.
