Living costs:

We are looking for long-term tenants who do not smoke. Pets are welcome.

• The tenant shall bear part of the additional services costs, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following activities of the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1200.00 EUR + 22% VAT.
