Suitable for orderly and careful tenants. Upon signing the lease agreement, a security deposit in the amount of two months' rent is payable. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is available for long-term rent.

LANDLORD'S CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING THE DEAL: The condition for the lease is the conclusion of a notarized lease agreement. The landlord's condition for concluding the lease agreement is that the tenant covers part of the costs of preparing the documentation for drafting the lease agreement, preparing the handover report and carrying out the handover of the property, cooperating in the transfer of subscriptions and/or notifying the property manager and suppliers about the concluded lease relationship, preparing and storing documents and photographic material, and legal advice in concluding the lease relationship.

For brokerage agreements in real estate transactions concluded between business entities/legal persons - in the event of concluding a lease agreement, the tenant shall pay agency costs in the amount of one month's rent + VAT.
