The apartment will be available from 1.8.2026, long-term rental is preferred. 

Upon signing the lease agreement, the tenant pays: the rent for the first month of occupancy, a security deposit (in the amount of two rents), and part of the agency fee (in the amount of 850.00 EUR + tax).
