We rent a spacious three-and-a-half-room apartment in a house in an excellent, quiet location near the Koseze market (500m). The advantage of the location is a good connection to the center of Ljubljana, quick access to the ring road, proximity to nature (Rožnik) and all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable stay. Ideal for cyclists, otherwise the LPP bus is 200m away, Car sharing 300m, Celovška cesta 700m.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house with four apartments, which is adorned with a landscaped garden. The house is older, but well maintained. The windows have also been replaced. The subject of the rental is a 3.5-room apartment occupying the entire upper floor of the house and on a good 100 m2 offers: kitchen with dining area, bedroom with balcony, living room with its own balcony, office-study, bathroom (bathtub, bidet, toilet, washing machine and dryer).

The apartment is fully comfortably furnished, including dishes. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and a microwave. It is suitable for a quiet couple. Animals and smoking in the apartment are not welcome. There is also a parking space for a small car (up to 3.70m long).

Rental price: 1,400 EUR + costs (fixed - 400 EUR/month, including electricity, RTV and internet). Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, the tenant pays: to the owner a deposit of 2,800 EUR and the first rent, to the broker a one-time fee of 1,400 EUR + VAT (total 1,708 EUR) for the preparation of rental documentation and the handover.
