The hall is equipped with an overhead crane with a 16-ton capacity rail system installed at a height of 5.5 m. The maximum height of the hall at its highest point reaches 10 m.

The hall is heated using gas heating, with gas radiant heaters installed throughout the building. There are also two 3,800-liter tanks installed on the property.

The property is located in the Pokolpje region, close to the Croatian border. The location is approximately 85 km from Ljubljana and 27 km from the Zagreb–Split–Rijeka motorway.
