Lesce, commercial space - part of a commercial building in the business-industrial zone of the former »Veriga Factory«.

The business-industrial zone was established after the bankruptcy of the former large chain and screw factory. Today, over 40 companies operate here, and based on the revenue generated by these companies, this zone ranks among the larger business zones in Slovenia.

The commercial building operated until recently as a business center for the sale and servicing of passenger vehicles. It is located on the western edge of the business-industrial zone and has a direct access road for trucks as well as its own large parking lot for employees' and customers' passenger vehicles.

The building is part of a larger business complex and, together with administrative offices, a showroom, and auxiliary rooms, encompasses approximately 2000 m2 of commercial space.

The subject of this offer is commercial space on the floor of the building measuring approximately 300 m2, which includes office spaces and an open auxiliary space - showroom of the sales salon, which is located on the ground floor of the building,

The future tenant can begin operating their business immediately after signing the lease agreement.

The lessor conditions the conclusion of the deal on the tenant assuming payment of a part of the real estate agency brokerage fee, which covers preparation of the lease agreement, property handover, drafting of the handover report, transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material - in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of business of the real estate company. The tenant pays a fee of EUR 2,100.00 + VAT on the advertised rent.
