The house is set at an altitude of 235 metres. The mild breezes offer a pleasant and healthy stay in all seasons, and even in the summer heat the climate is very favourable.
The garden is very well landscaped and planted with typical native Istrian trees: khaki, figs, nesple, gijoli, vine-pergola, olive, palm, cherry, lime, etc. It is terraced with round stone walls and stone paths, illuminated and equipped with self-watering system and water from its own well.
The house is of good quality construction. It was built in 1985 and completed in 2004. It is clad in indigenous Istrian sandstone and has the warm homely look of a real Istrian house with blue wooden shutters. It has a boiler room with oil-fired central heating. There is electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms and on the glazed terrace upstairs and partial underfloor heating in the downstairs and apartment. The house is fully furnished.
The home's stone wood-burning stove and round stone barbecue are attached to the corner of the house and are of extremely fine workmanship. The chimney is stone-roofed and works perfectly. Plans and technical preparations have been made for the installation of the swimming pools.
