LANDLORD’S CONDITION FOR CONCLUDING THE DEAL: The landlord’s condition for concluding the rental contract is that the tenant assumes part of the costs for preparing the documentation for drafting the rental contract, drafting the rental contract, drafting the handover protocol, and conducting the handover of the property, cooperating in transferring subscriptions or notifying the property manager and suppliers about the concluded rental relationship, preparing and storing documents and photographic material, and legal advice in concluding the rental relationship (+ VAT).
