The height of the roof is a maximum of 5.50 m above the ground floor level.

They may include wooden architectural elements, provided their design is based on local tradition. Balconies or porches on the gable facades of residential buildings are allowed on the gable so that they extend across the entire width of the gable. Balconies or porches on the longitudinal facades are allowed on the upper floor or first slab when the building is on sloped terrain and the basement is fully excavated. They must be executed along the entire length of the building or only part of the length so that they start at the edge of the building.
