- The tenant shall bear part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the broker: carrying out the handover of the property and preparing the handover report, assisting with the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 4,096 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,997.12 EUR,
