A new extension to the existing health centre is under construction in Moste, where we are mediating in the rental of medical premises of various sizes. The new building, which will allow for the development and expansion of health and other support activities, is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.

The practices and associated ancillary space will be available on two floors and will be available for rent in various sizes, from 40.00 m2 upwards. The new part of the health centre will be designed with a view to maximising the efficiency of the various and complementary specialist outpatient clinics or medical activities, which must be synergistic with the existing activities of the centre.

The premises will be available unfurnished. All materials and fittings will comply with the technical requirements for medical premises; LED lights, rubber flooring with medical roundel and washbasin, ALU windows, wooden and ALU doors.... Ventilation of the rooms will be natural through windows and forced through corridors. The building will have a common reception and 24/7 security and shared common areas (elevator, corridors-waiting rooms equipped with chairs or benches, toilets for clients and employees, etc.). 

Free parking will be provided in front of the building for clients.

The building is located in a quiet, pleasant and green environment, but at the same time it is extremely accessible, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of the AC connection and all the necessary infrastructure, close to the University Clinical Centre of Ljubljana and the city centre.

The premises are leased for a minimum period of 10 years.

The landlord's conditions for concluding the lease are:  The Tenant must reimburse the Principal a part of the brokerage fee of 1 (one) month's rent + 22% VAT at the time of conclusion of the Rental Agreement, which is a condition for the conclusion of the Rental Agreement.
