The DCB Montana office building features an innovative and inviting interior, with an atrium typology that creates the most energy-efficient model for an office building. The atrium brings natural light to all office spaces. The interior office space on the lower floors opens up to the upper floors, with a magnificent openness towards the city center and the mountains.

 The main volume of the building is shaped like a trimmed cuboid with an internal atrium.  The façade of the building is predominantly glass, and on the floors above the ground floor, it is surrounded by vertical aluminum slats, opening on two sides of the building in the form of large façade windows.

We present you with high-standard office spaces in a premium office building, designed using high-quality materials and aimed at obtaining a gold DGNB certification for sustainable construction.

Offices with a clear height of 3 meters provide a spacious and bright working environment.
