Kranjska Gora, a top-quality crafted and furnished holiday apartment in the center of the settlement.

Exceptionally cleverly designed apartment that in a completely bright and open space thoughtfully and usefully combines the living and sleeping areas, while also offering a beautiful view of the ski resort and the Vitranc mountain above it.

The location of the apartment is unique - it is situated in the very heart of Kranjska Gora, where everything is within a few dozen meters - a shop, pharmacy, post office, bakery, restaurants.

The ski resort is only 300 m away from the apartment, just a few minutes' walk to the slopes.

It includes: an entrance hall with wardrobes, from which you first enter a nicely arranged living room with access to an interestingly designed loggia, which serves as a summer extension of the living room. Further on is the sleeping area, separated from the living room by a wooden partition wall. From the entrance hall, past the bathroom, you enter the kitchen with a dining area, which is also connected to the loggia. In the basement floor, there is a spacious storage room.

Two large balcony windows (with balcony doors) in the apartment provide plenty of natural light, and in summer, when the balcony doors are opened, the loggia becomes an extremely useful integral part of the apartment. External electric blinds are also installed, allowing complete darkening of the space.

Large glass surfaces, thoughtfully designed room furnishings, and the selection and mutual coordination of high-quality built-in materials create an extremely pleasant living atmosphere.

The apartment offers accommodation for up to 4 people. In the sleeping area, there is a double bed, and in the living area, a modern extendable sofa suitable for daily sleeping, as it can be converted in just two steps into a quality sprung bed for two people.

The apartment measures 41.50 m2, of which the usable area is 33.8 m2, the loggia is about 4.5 m2, and the storage room in the basement is 3.2 m2.

The apartment also includes a privately owned outdoor parking space measuring 12.5 m2, located at the building entrance; the parking lot is secured with a barrier gate.

The building was constructed in 2009, built traditionally (reinforced concrete slabs, bricks) using modern high-quality materials.

Heating of the apartment is provided by a gas boiler (underfloor heating), and the building has quality insulation materials installed, which keeps living costs very low even in winter.

Building and occupancy permits have been issued for the building.
