Jamnik above Kropa, near Radovljica, former farm with a view of the entire Gorenjska region
Jamnik is a small village above Kropa with only a few houses, mostly former farms. Due to its interesting location on the slope of Jelovica with an incredible view of the Gorenjska region, the place is also called the "Balcony above Gorenjska".
This interesting property stands at an altitude of 800 m, in the midst of the forested edges of Jelovica, and includes a basic farmhouse to which a larger agricultural building is attached. In addition, there is a recently renovated double hayrack - topler, and beneath the building an older wooden farm shed for storing tools.
The property is located in an exceptionally quiet location, allowing a complete retreat from everyday hustle and bustle, peace and privacy, while at the same time not being isolated from the urban centers of Gorenjska. The view from the property extends over most of the Gorenjska region and changes with the seasons – from misty valleys to crystal-clear winter days.

Agricultural building next to the house includes ground floor spaces, where there was once a stable with additional rooms, and on the upper floor there is a barn (about 120 m2), where it would be possible to create some additional residential or tourist units.
Topler was renovated last year; the owner currently uses it for parking personal vehicles, but if needed, additional residential or tourist units could also be created in this part. The total floor area there is about 90 m2.
The fourth structure is a wooden shed under the house, which is in poorer condition, but this building could also be quickly transformed into a wooden tourist object (glamping) with some effort.
The residential building has been thoroughly and carefully renovated – new floors and floor coverings, new plaster, completely new electrical and plumbing installations, a new central heating system with a heat pump, new windows, new interior and entrance doors, new bathrooms and new drains have been installed…

Distance from Radovljica – 20 minutes by car, to Kropa (shops, post office, clinic) 7 minutes by car, and to Kranj 25 minutes.
